The team here is very responsive! Spoke to Miguel over the phone and told him about two wasp nest building up in backyard near my orange trees. He could definitely tell I was worried, good thing he had an available appointment the same day I called. I was so glad when they called 15 mins before arriving and I’m happy they came earlier than expected. Their technician was so kind and very professional, and he took care of the wasp nest problem for us.

I am so thankful I switched to a smaller company that pays attention and cares (not just about my payment). It’s rare to have a truly amazing experience with household service companies, but Miguel delivered in a way that almost no ever does. I can’t speak for anyone else on his team, but based on Miguel and his work, I wouldn’t hesitate to have anyone from Ameripest take care of my rodent issues. He’s available via text, he takes photos and videos and shares them with you, he’ll crawl into any space and most importantly, he won’t quit until the problem is solved. Period.
